2. Third-Party Processors

3. Data Retention
Raw property artifacts, media uploads, and lease files remain in client storage until deleted or archived by the authorized user or manager.
4. Security
Portal access requires authenticated sign-in and manager approval. Private files are served through short-lived signed links, and every record is protected by role-based access rules.
