1. Digital Compute & Subscription Clause
Monthly or annual platform subscription fees and verified service dispatch fees represent committed software infrastructure and management resources, and are strictly non-refundable once billed.
2. Subscription Cancellations
Subscribers can cancel their monthly or annual tier retainers at any time via the billing portal. Access remains fully active until the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Disputed Charges
Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate suspension of all associated client workspaces, properties, and lease archives while the dispute is reviewed.
