Users retain ownership of their uploaded property assets, lease files, and personal data, provided their account remains in good standing. Tenant Management Portal LLC claims no ownership over user-submitted property documents.
4. Third-Party Integrations & Disclaimer
Tenant Management Portal LLC facilitates routing for payment processing and document verification. The platform makes no warranty of uninterrupted third-party gateway uptime and disclaims liability for external banking delays or unauthorized credential sharing by users.
5. Prohibited Use Policy
Submitting fraudulent lease agreements, non-consensual occupancy details, discriminatory screening data, or malicious software files is strictly prohibited. Violation results in immediate account termination with no refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
Tenant Management Portal LLC's total liability is capped at the subscription fees paid by the user in the previous three (3) months.
